My wife tried to make an appointment to see him for treatment and he said he would email her with the details and then never bothered to contact her again, then on the morning of the **proposed** appointment he began harassing her as to why she wasn't there, he expected her to just turn up, despite no confirmation of an appointment. He was abusive toward my wife and sent her multiple rude emails including teasing her about her chronic pain.
