My brothers invited me out for lunch to try out the new Coco Cubano at Macarthur Square. Noticed on menu, $4.00 extra for salad. Ordered my battered fish & chips, that's it. Plate came out surprisingly none of us asked for salad, yet we all had salad on our plates. Anyhow I thought bonus, no big deal but are they going to charge us for something we did not order as extras on our plates. So I start tucking in fish & chips were great buy then I forked into a whole heap of appetizing looking rocket salad & I notice that on the back of one of the rocket leaves something has hatched its larvae onto the back of the rocket leaf & left eight tiny grey eggs all bunched up in two lines of four. Each egg was about half the size of a caviar egg. I called the waitress over, not making a big scene I told that I didn't order salad for a start. People were also watching. She replied, all of these meals come with salad. Go figure with what the menu reads. I then counted & pointed out the eggs to her. No real reaction just said she would be back. She came back to tell me she would take it to the manager. She then leaned into my plate reached over & physically put her fingers into my salad to take the one rocket leaf out of a big pile of leaves. She pulled it out stepped back & walked away. After attending to other matters five minutes later she returns like nothing's wrong as if it's okay to have a bunch of foreign egg/larvae matter on your salad leaves & asked if there was something else that I'd like. At the time I said 'No, Thank You'. I think I was a little shocked by the lack of proffesionslism & good quality customer service. A waitress sticking her fingers in your food to pull out a piece of rocket leaf with eggs on it! Come on guys. Where's the respect & manners gone. No apologies or acknowledgement. Just plain rude & very inexperienced staff. I ate the fish & chips, left the salad. We then left. With great disappointment.

My experience here is absolutely fantastic. I look forward to having my eyebrows waxed here. Beck the hair removal specialist is great. She makes you feel really welcome & comfortable throughout your appointment & is the best at shaping my eyebrows. No other beautician has been able to maintain the same shape each & everytime I go back like Beck from Waxing By Beck does. Fantastic prices. I highly recommend Waxing By Beck. Check out her website on Facebook for more info.

Went in today to get my first rotation, wheel balance & alignment on a set of four new tyres that I had purchased & had fitted in march of last year. I had my car booked in for 12:00pm, I was running a little late by 15 minutes. I got there & the gentleman said it was fine. I asked him where I could go & get some lunch as it was going to take approx 1 hour to complete, he was able to direct me to a take-away near by. There are also a variety of stores around to keep you occupied whilst waiting for car to be ready. I went & came back 45 minutes later to find my car all good & ready to go. When I got back to the workshop I noticed that not only do they have chairs out the front for you to sit on but they also have a really spacious & air-conditioned waiting area inside too. It has seating, toilet ammenities, snack machine, complimentary tea & coffee, tv viewing, magazines & young children's area to play in while waiting. I thought that was fantastic & that they have really thought about the customer here. I was very pleased with the customer service received & the work done on my car. I will continue to have my car tyre maintenance done here.

Approximate cost: $Free service today as its the first 5000km.

Went in to purchase a particular pair of asics shoes. The assistant was very helpful in assisting me with my purchase. Unfortunately they didn't have my size in store & I really wanted these shoes so the assistant explained that they had a policy that because it was the weekend they aren't allowed to call other stores on the weekend, being a sunday. He said he would do a quick computer stock check that is Australia wide to see if any other stores had them in stock. It came up showing there was a pair in my size at another store & that he would take my details down & call them first thing in the morning to see if they had the shoes & he would call me back. I got the call the next day to say that my shoes had been ordered from a QLD store & would be here within the week. Four days later I got the call to let me know that my shoe order had arrived. Woo Hoo & over the moon. Fantastic customer service & I would definitely recommend & shop there again.

I made a few purchases. One item that i had purchased a polo shirt for a Christmas gift. When I got home i went to wrap it & noticed a bumpy mark on shirt which looked like a fault in the material of shirt. I went to take shirt back & they are refusing a refund on a clearly faulty product. They were willing to exchange the product however I'd purchased something else instead & didn't think I'd have an issue requesting a refund on a faulty item that I'd taken back the next day still in bag with tags & receipt. They do not give refunds regardless. The store assistant were very rude to me & unfortunately I've had to seek the assistance of The Dept of Fair Trading & currently awaiting the outcome! I have been a loyal customer & i have made several purchases at this store before. After this experience in December of 2013 & still awaiting the outcome of a refund on a faulty twenty dollar polo shirt, NEVER WILL I SHOP THERE AGAIN.
