Called Luke and he was polite and helpful from the start. Arrived on time and despite having to work in the roof space in hot temperatures, didn't scrimp on the service; in fact he did more than I expected! Luke gained my trust through his honesty as he could easily have used my ignorance to make the job seem more involved than it was.
Overall I would definitely use 4elements plumbing again.

We moved the contents of our 4 bedroom house. The quote was similar to others, but they have a guarantee (see the website). Anyway, on the day of the move the weather was awful, very wet and windy. However the guys that turned up were smart, polite and very careful with packing and loading.
At the other end, they laid down protective material so as not to get the floor dirty, especially with the rain etc. We could not fault the work and professionalism of this company.
