I, a mere male had to shop for my elderly mother who was living in a nearby nursing home. I explained to the lady what I wanted and she helped me select some suitable garments. What amazed me was that she let me take the items on approval and when I whent back, I paid for the ones that were suitable. My wife shops there and they have a range of mens clothes too. A unique place to find in a local shopping centre these days as you can get served and the staff are very friendly. Maybe their stock isn't for the young ones, but they are over catered for elsewhere.

I have been going to this Physio for over 12mths for general wear and tear issues related to an ageing body. I found that Lachlan is a very good and understanding Physio. I knew nothing about Pilates, but after being introduced to it I have joined the group sessions and found them to be beneficial in keeping my ageing body supple. My partner is also attending the studio for relief from a vehicle accident. We would thoroughly recommend them. The office staff are very welcoming and efficient too!!

Had really good chicken. Loved the bbreasts, thigh meat, snags and serviceCenter owner kicked them out. NOW CLOSED, CLOSEST IS AT SEAFORD SHOPPING CENTER. hope they are still there. Check Yellow pages.
