Great dining experience, one of the best Japanese restaurants in Brisbane. The food was fantastic, albeit small. The drinks menu was authentically Japanese. The service was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Cost of meals was a little on the expensive side, but is average for most Japanese restaurants.

We went to Ultratune due to an emergency breakdown. We were towed by RACQ to the nearest mechanic, and Ultratune was the service centre I was most familiar with at the time.

The customer service was friendly, and they made me feel welcome. However, in hindsight, they took a long time to firstly inspect the damages on the car (approximately one week), and then to later repair it (another week).

Cost wise, they were not the most affordable. However they seemed very professional in their conduct and service.

We went to this mechanic after purchasing an 'Autoplus Loyalty Program' voucher. This voucher entitled us to one free major service and various other services including wheel alignment, brake adjustments, safety reports etc.

After picking up the car post service, we were charged an unexpected $130 extra for minor parts. There was also no written report of the service, nor did they provide a safety report which was especially requested when the service was booked.

Service was especially unremarkable, and the mechanic did not endeavor to explain the service and charges. When prompted for further information, the mechanic was vague and appeared uninterested.
