This review is for The Sisters Kitchen Garden Cafe, Sorrento VIC

As locals we have been regulars at The Sisters ever since it opened and have experienced consistently good food and service. The venue and menu are second to no other cafe on the Mornington Peninsula. One of the best cafe's we have ever been to home and abroad. Staff are always relaxed and efficient making it an easy place to be as a customer.

The Cafe is owned and operated by the Robinson family who are all extremely friendly and personable. Each Robinson is so different and all add their own bit of magic to the cafe. Pippa, Marni & Kyrstin are the sisters behind "The Sisters". Kyrstin works her magic in the kitchen creating yummy fresh meals with a lot of local, organic & homegrown ingredients. You'll find ingredients on your plate that a moment before were growing in the garden crates decorating the venue! Can't get much fresher than that! Marni is the all rounder in between the floor and kitchen. And Pippa is the hostess with the mostess! You'll find their names on the menu wishing you a good time at their cafe/bar. You'll even see their parents lending a hand, their mum can often be found serving at tables chatting to customers and their dad pottering around doing a spot of gardening attending to the cafe's garden crates!

The Sisters offer a diverse breakfast and lunch menu with take away options for those days when you want to spend as much time as possible at the beach. They are now open some evenings as a bar serving an array of beverages and the best chips you will find on the Mornington Peninsula! True! They have table tennis and great DJ's creating the right kind of atmosphere for you, whether you feel like kicking back on one of their comfy lounges or cutting some moves on their dance floor. You will find hard working Pippa at the bar ready to work her magic 100% even after a long day at the cafe, wowza, how does she do it?! This girl is on fire!

The Sisters also do private functions. The real sisters older brother had his beautiful wedding at the cafe, you can check out some pictures on The Sisters Facebook page. We recently launched a small business and could think of no better venue to hold our launch at than The Sisters. Pippa worked with us tirelessly and no query or request was too big or small for her. We were constantly popping in to work out different aspects of our launch and she always made the time to assist us even though it was during the cafe's most busy time of year Summer when her and all her staff are literally run off their feet.

The canape's and beverages provided for our function were to die for and the presentation was first class. The entire aesthetic and ambience of the venue was the perfect backdrop to enhance our branding. The Sister's staff were fabulous in the set up of our function especially with the change over from cafe to events venue. Like the Robinson family each staff member had their own bit of magic to offer, with one staff member offering her artistic skills to the blackboard and flower arranging. All went above and beyond their call of duty which is a testament to the customer service standard set by The Sisters.

We cannot recommend The Sisters Kitchen Garden and Cafe highly enough! A must see and experience for all those either visiting or living on the Mornington Peninsula! We'll be back in soon!

This review is for Billy Kwong Chinese Eating House, Surry Hills NSW

Every time we go to Sydney we make a point of eating at Billy Kwong. The yummiest and most enjoyable Chinese restaurant we have ever been to, and we have been to many.

This is a groovy little restaurant so you have to get in early and often put your name on a waiting list. But it is well worth the wait and part of the experience. The food is very tasty, clean and fresh. Every time my husband and I take a bite from one of the dishes we always whisper to each other "wow... this is amaaazzing", what more could you want from a meal?

How about the fact that the chefs use the best organic, fair trade, local and ethical produce going? Or the fact that Billy Kwong supports various causes? Definitely a dinning experience that leaves your mind, body and spirit feeling good.

This review is for Wabi Sabi Garden, St Kilda VIC

Hands down Wabi Sabi Garden is our favourite restaurant in Victoria. The food is always unbelievably fresh, tasty and healthy. We are health conscious vegetarians and there is always yummy options for us to try eat in or take away. The drinks and desert menu's are incredible too.

The Wabi Sabi Garden staff are always warm, welcoming and very professional. We love that they are ready to lend a hand with new suggestions and options. The setting is very unique, interesting and enjoyable. The miss matched high quality hand made Japanese crockery is always a delight to behold too.

We highly recommend anyone who hasn't been to Wabi Sabi Garden to check it out. Great eat in, take away and for party's too.

This review is for Mary Adler, Civil Celebrant, Melbourne VIC

verified email - 02 Apr 2012

We cannot praise and recommend Mary Adler highly enough. We were very apprehensive whilst looking for the right celebrant due to experiencing less than ideal celebrants at numerous weddings we have been to. As soon as we met Mary we felt at ease. Your celebrant can really make or break the most important part of your special day, we are happy to say Mary made ours.

Mary is extremely professional, thoughtful and caring. She listens to what you want with genuine interest. She also offers great advice and suggestions if and when required. She made our wedding ceremony everything she said she could: personal, meaningful and one that reflected us perfectly. Mary also brought joy, calm and warmth to our day of days and we cannot thank her enough.

Mary is a very special person and we wish any couple entering into marriage the fortune of having her oversee their union. We are thrilled that when we begin having children Mary will be able to oversee ceremonies for them too.
