I looked online for a hairdresser in Ballarat, and found your reviews, after not liking two others I tried, I decided Vanilah was the one for me. Phoned them and spoke to Michelle, who was so helpful. I was travelling from the Hunter Valley in NSW to my niece's wedding., so it was an important appointment for me at the hairdressers for the wedding. I had a wash and blow wave. I had the most excellent personal service, they thought of everything. Michelle, Emily, and Bronwyn all assisted, and Emily even fitted my fascinator for me as well. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone, absolutely., thank you girls you made my day.
