The owner was friendly when I first approached him. He listened to what I had to say and then repeated the key information to confirm we were in agreement about what needed to be done. He was Fair, polite, helpful.
The premises were clean and tidy. The workshop was immaculately clean while being extremely busy. There was no swearing from other employees which can sometimes be intimidating to customers, particularly female customers.
All up it was a very positive experience.
