I got several telephone quotes from different companies but Gabrielle impressed me with her confident manner and no-nonsense approach to my enquiry. The quoted price was certainly competitive to others I received, but it was Gabrielle's phone manner which impressed me. On the day Ryan arrived a little earlier than scheduled, which in itself is unusual as normally with this type of service people usually run late. He was friendly and very efficient with a positive and helpful attitude to his work. The job was completed in about an hour as quoted and I was very happy with the outcome. I would happily use and recommend Stain Busters again.
