CUA is a great option to use instead of the big banks. The staff at Tuggerah are welcoming and they get to know their customers. I can walk into the branch and they know who I am. Im not just another face. The branch manager goes out of her way to help you with anything.

Joe's Meat offers high quality products at reasonable prices. There are always great specials to be snapped up. The staff are friendly and are willing to give advice or cut anything extra the way you like it.

This newsagency is open later than most, and they have a selection of groceries so if your running low on milk or bread you can always just drop in and pick it up. The staff are always friendly and they get to know their regular customers, which is nice. Makes shopping their a bit more personal.

Ballingers always offer great value for money. They have been servicing my cars for years and I have never had any problems with them. They do a great job and you dont get charged over the moon for it. You can always get a booking and if you need something done urgently they alway try and fit you in.

I went to Serenity Lodge with 3 other friends. We all booked a half day package were we could pick from many different options as to which treatments we wanted. The owner & staff were all very friendly. We were the only customers for the half day so that all the staffs attention was on us. It was a great way to relax.

The agent that i see at Flight Centre Lakehaven is wonderful. We have used her to book 3 extensive holidays for us, and now other family and friends aare using the same agent because she just does such a great job. They are always willing to research options for you, find cheaper prices etc. There is nothing they wont do for you.

Millenium fitness is a great gym to work out in. The offer great equipment and a variety of classes to keep you motivated. The staff are always friendly and are always willing to answer any questions you may have. Even though it can get crowded in the peak times, you can always find some machine to use.

Kams court always has consistently good chinese food. The service is always friendly and you usually dont have to wait long for the food. The dining room is spacious so your not squashed up close to other patrons like in other chinese restaurants. The takeaway service is also great if you want to enjoy the good food at home.

The food here is great, very tasty and quite substaintial portions. The only thing that lets them down was the service. We had to wait nearly 20 mins just to get a beer, and this was after we received our other drinks and reminded 2 staff members that we were still waiting. Other than this issue the rest of our meal was wonderful. The view is lovely and although the prices are on the high side, the meals were worth it.

Diana is a wonderful hairdresser. She always makes you feel welcome and is up for a good chat. The quality of her work is great and she always aims to please the customer. My husband wont go and see anyone else because Diana is the only one who can cut it right.
