If you are considering the Calmbirth course don't hesitate- BOOK IT! As first time parents we learnt so much about the journey our baby will be taking into the world and how dad can be such a huge part of the birthing experience too.
We were looking at a more natural birthing approach and the course just highlighted so many different aspects in detail of what to expect without feeling like you've been overloaded with information.
