Rick has done several jobs for us, mainly to do with toilets! He tries to get to you as quickly as possible and comes when he says he's going to come. His work is of the highest order and I have no hesitation in recommending him. I can't give a price comparison because he is the only plumber we use!

Teresa has been a Physiotherapist for over 30 years and has attended to both my husband, myself and friends for different problems. She gets a thorough history of the injury or area to be treated and proceeds from there. She is caring, friendly and professional but above all she gets results. The other Physiotherapist, Phoebe, has less experience but is also excellent. Her prices are well below what the newer whizz-bang practices charge and they never ask you to come in for more sessions than you actually need.

We had Xquisite do a bi-monthly clean of a two-storey house which is quite big. We are not very demanding and did not expect contents of bookshelves or things on shelves to be moved, just a good general dust with more attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. The quality of cleaning is excellent but their dependability is not. It was an on-going problem trying to get a regular time and day even though we were long-standing customers (12months). Upon commenting on the issue, their response was to quit, by text, on the day of their scheduled clean. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.
