After two years of swimming lessons, today I cancelled my two children's memberships and have walked away frustrated and disappointed with Kings Swim Centre, Macarthur Square.

The facilities are great but the one thing which will always let Kings Swim School, Macarthur Square down is the continuous/excessive changes of instructors/ teachers.

In the last six months alone my son has had FIVE teacher changes which is detrimental for a beginner swimmer as they gain trust in one teacher, and then another is thrusted upon them.

Today, after seeing my 5 year old son sitting on the pool step crying because he had yet another teacher change, really made me realise that Kings Swim School, Macarthur Square are letting down the kids/students who they pride themselves of trying to teach.
