It's very much a ship em in ship em out type place. But my girlfriends & I love it for a monthly pedicure. Great massage chairs, no appt needed, it doesn't take too long to get a pedicure & for $35 ($5 off every third visit), really its a great basic beauty fix! Don't expect the ShangriLa of spa experiences & you'll leave very pleased.
