I needed to access the vets on a Sunday as my cat was very ill and in pain. it took some time for me to be able to see the onduty vet as she was obviously having a very busy day but when I did she was wonderful with me and my cat. puss was mercifully released from his pain and the whole situation was handled with care and compassion. Highly recommended vet service.

Congratulations IGA Portland on your re-opening. The new Deli is amazing and the quality of the store overall is fantastic. The size is still compact which makes finding things quite easy and the aisles are not so long to walk for older folk as they are in the other big supermarket. The staff team seem to be pulling together and enjoying their new environment. I hope it all goes well for you after all the hard work. Portland has missed you.

I shop there quite often and service usually good but it can get a bit frantic when busy especially if there is a problem. The store is always clean and well organised but is VERY cold in winter & some of the aisles are a bit dark. Some more lights wold improve the atmosphere. They have a good range of items for a small town and the liquor store is great.
