I was greeted by a lovely sales assistant who was happy to answer my queries. I had not been into a Kumfs store before. She measured my feet and then showed shoes that would compliment my type of foot. There are many styles to choose from and sales assistant was helpful with what colours may work with my wardrobe. I bought 1 pair and have another pair on order. Kumfs shoes are not the cheapest shoes on the market BUT they will protect and last a long time. I feel like I am walking in comfy slippers all day, I don't have sore soles anymore!

I received a voucher and made my appointment. On arrival I was welcomed into a treatment room. Lisa was my beauty therapist and proceeded to analyse my face. She was very informative and was very gentle with applying the facials. I found the whole experience of being pampered amazing!!! My skin was glowing after the treatment. I have bought the basic products for maintaining an even skin tone and will be back for regular check-ups and skin treatments. I found the staff to be polite and passionate about their products and business. It has been a month and a half now and my skin has been improving every week. The products they use are Elle Bache. The pricing of the products range from $35 upwards.

I have been looking for a reliable hairdresser and I found one! Jess, the manager, is very friendly and recommends only the best products and cuts that suit you. I have had many comments on my colour and I found the dye she uses lasts for a very long time. she listens to you and will suggest other alternatives as well. Her pricing is very good and I look forward to each visit!!!
