Heading toward the Spirit of Tasmania to go for xmas on the mainland. Travelling via Launceston. Great decision as it turned out. On the way it got rather warm in the car so decided to put AC on. Of course, as these things always happen when you don't want, it wasn't working. My car is regularly serviced and looked after, so it was a big surprise. It was 23rd December!! Pulled into this Mitsubishi dealership and thought would be brave enough to ask before being told to "go away." To my surprise, big big surprise, there were smiles abounding all staff and they said "no problem, we'll fix it now." Shown the waiting room with clean toilets, coffee, tea, television, recent magazines and the friendliest of staff coming and going all willing to chat. I was so impressed that when I am looking at a new vehicle in next two years I am definitely taking the time to go there (2 hours drive north of me) as they have earnt the chance to sell me a car.

After researching by phone, web and feet I found this New Norfolk store to be continually fantastic. The service person, Dean, is the one I have found to be most friendly, willing to deal and informative. Have now purhased numerous items at differing times, in value from an iron to plasmas'. Now I only see Dean as he has gotten to know me by name and always remembers me. This is real customer service. Local Tasmanian business and will match prices.

I use this gardening service regularly and they are reliable and hardworking. No matter the weather, you can bet they will turn up to see if it is possible to still work depending on the ground etc. Friendly and put in a very fair share of time to dollar ratio. I gave them a list of what I expected at the start and now they just come and do the list without me sometimes even seeing them. But, I know what work they have achieved for the time and I am always pleased. If I need to vary some periods, no problem to them at all. Like this attitude.

A trady whom turns up on time, does what he says he will. This trady came verbal word of mouth through friends of friends and I was so very thrilled with the service. I had a gas log fire installed and a complete bathroom renovation upstairs. He offered me ideas after listening to mine, he was the expert I was paying for and I listened. Glad I did. He crawled around under my verandah to install the gas pipe and did so amongst my cats favourite deposit area! No complaints from him. He is friendly and very likeable. I now have a plumber whom I can trust to charge me the right amount, but will not muck me around about when to be home etc. As he had to come back numerous times due to ripping out old products, installing pipes then waiting on the joiner to do their bit before returning I got to see his reliability first hand over and over. He once was running behind by about two hours and he rang me, I couldn't believe it. I also got an apology when he arrived!

It's up to my animals to tell me when they are happy & they just came back from there happy, playful and clearly well loved and looked after during there extended christmas holiday stay. My four dogs are all different breeds and I ask for them to all be in together and no problems. I knew I would get back tired, so I prearranged delivery of the dogs to me and they were willing to do so for a very reasonable fee which was easier than me driving further than I needed to. Can take dogs/cats personal blankets, toys, treats etc, which is good for the animals to have their smells and own things around them. This kennel came on verbal recommendation. I have used another kennel and were not happy, so this time I checked them out by asking around and there name just kept popping up in the positive constantly can't ask for more than that.
