My husband and I walked into this chemist store after seeing the Covid booster board set up outside the store. Upon request we were asked to complete the necessary forms and the young female who was nice asked us to wait and the chemist would be with us soon. We waited for 30-40 minutes and then asked if we could come back another time as we had to meet another appointment. We handed the completed forms to the same team member and she obtained my contact number saying she would give me a call.
As I did not receive a call back I again called the pharmacy three days later and was told to come at 6 PM on the day of my call. She said they could not give us Moderna, but could give us Pfizer vaccine.
We promptly reached there at 6 PM and the Chemist asked what we had come for and said he had no vaccinations. He said he can’t open a vial just for us. I said, we did not come on our own, I had talked to the sales assistant and was asked to come at 6PM. But the chemist was unapologetic and bluntly said he couldn’t do anything about it.
This man was so rude - he simply didn’t care to acknowledge that we had kept the appointment and he turned us away without saying a word of apology. That will be our last visit to this chemist. Please note our Covid vaccine forms were not returned also.
