I came upon this place when I was relocated to the nearby Citilink Building in 2008. Beacuse of the good coffee, good food and value for money I became a regular and still go there even though I have moved to another location. The food is good 'homestyle' food.

New modern studio. Staff are very welcoming. The room is heated and can take a bit of getting used to but the benefits far outweigh the discomfort

This is an exhilarating and challenging form of yoga. The studio is the newest in Brisbane with the latest in heating. The facilities are good and the studio owner/directors and teachers are welcoming and committed to this practice of yoga and for each student to reach their full potential.

Bikram Yoga is a challenging and rewarding experience for both body and mind. The studio is modern and the staff are welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Be prepared to be challenged but also get a real sense of achievement when you survive the classes but also notice changes to your flexiility, body and mind
