I have purchased numerous products from Trolley Monster....starting with a Mini Trolley Monster and a Nappy free mat. The customer service is great, Marls is such a friendly lady to deal with. I am in the process of placing my next order. The products are well made with a lot of thought put into the design, easy to use, wash and wear fantastically....it all makes for a very happy customer.

After the birth of my first child, I wanted to find a more environmentally friendly disposable nappy. I went to a few different websites but Ecodirect was the quickest to respond and send out a sample. I tried a few different samples but Ecodirect's product, Moltex biodegradable nappy, came out on top. Their website has come a long way and I find it quick, easy and convenient to order online at any time. Delivery is quick and cheap! Cleverpants sell Tots Bots Modern Cloth Nappies and cloth nappying accessories. Their website has lots of great information and I have found it easy to use. Delivery has always been quick and Elizabeth is lovely to deal with. It is a bonus that the Tots Bots nappies are great. I have tried some other Modern cloth nappies but Tots are my favourite.

I phoned or emailed a lot of businesses when searching for the best deal for baby products. As I live in Rural NSW I have found it harder to get a good deal. Most businesses want you to go 'instore' to get their best price.

Baby Zone Direct have proven time and again to have the best priced products. All items I have purchased I have been able to get delivered cheaper than the 'special' prices quoted over the phone by other Baby shops with the bonus of not having to travel to pick an item up saving me even more money.

Customer service is brilliant. The staff are friendly, helpful and communication both via phone or email is generally replied to promptly. After sales service has also proven to be exceptional!

There is only one shop I go to for my Baby products and a huge bonus for me is I don't even have to leave home to do it!! More time for me to spend time with my two precious children!
