I have long hair and have a tendency to only get my hair cut as a special occasion. Consequently when I went in there I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted or how to ask for it. While I ended up with 2 different people working on my hair, one did the colour and another did the cut, each of them listened to what I was attempting to describe and discussed my ideas with me and made suggestions. I was very happy with the results of both the colour and and the cut.
