I had ordered pizza for my husband and myself what they told me would be a 30 minute delivery window ended up being 3 hours with us having to call the store 3 times to speak with the manager when it finally arrived our meal was cold and they refused to replace it. They've lost us as customers!
I have been into the store a great number of times and have always found the staff to be knowledgable of their products and the best possible care for your animals. The staff reccommended a sensitive skin formula cat food for my kitten after she sufferred irritation and lesions after being tangled in her collar and us not realising. The formulation tho more expensive than commercial pet food cleared her condition in a week.
