Good knowledge of local fishing scene and excellent product knowledge (Unlike some of the major chains where staff don't have a clue). Good range and good FRESH bait (also open Sundays which is a bonus)

It takes a hell of a lot to impress me......Im impressed. The blackboard menu is impressive, the quality of the food is impressive. Very hard to find an eatery of this standard in Bunbury. Only open from 7am to 2pm but a great venue

Nice staff who are very helpful, however if you order a pot of tea for one ($4.50) and ask for it "strong" they charge you $1 for the extra tea bag (that a mark up of close to 700%) - disappointing to be ripped off in such a way by what is otherwise a nice place to stop for a cuppa

I got a brilliant deal on an Engel fridge/freezer (saved myself a FULLn $300) - found a screw and small rubber plate missing. I rang and they got if from Engel for me in 48 hours! - NOW THAT'S SERVICE.

A few days later I bought the $460 Battery box for the Engel and Rachel explained the advantages over the much cheaper one (she was dead right). Then last week I tried to get a mains charging adapter for it in Perth with no luck at three places. When I got back to Bunbury I went in to Ranger Outdoor.......pulled one off the shelf and knocked five bucks off the Perth price (if I could have got one there)!

Bought some OZTENT add ons here too - also a great price with a discount given
What I wasn't aware of until I started to use this business was the absolute HUGE range they have actually on hand (none of this "have to order that one in for you" stuff)

Its been demolished and is no longer there!! - The business had a closing sale and that was a few years back......its now a car yard so don't waste a trip

Steve has been servicing two cars for us for several years - its comforting to know that you wont get "ripped off" here as most of his business is from long term returning customers.
Its a very bust=y place and not that easy to book a service at short notice - that tells you a lot.

Lovely place but the prices are a shocker!
Room rates are much higher than average (despite their claim that they are comparable!) - just do a little internet homework to see
$14.50 installation fee just to have the minibar put in (thats before you charge up the inflated mini bar prices!)
$8 PER TRAY - delivery charge for any room service
$20 per hour if you don't clear the room by 10.00AM

Its no wonder people go to Bali - This is a calculated rip off
and its a real shame as the place itself is very nice

The steaks are simply the best available, does home smoked meats/hams and duck
We wont go to a supermarket anymore

Bought a new colt and a used Triton here - very happy. Got a really good deal on the Triton and they were very good to deal with - no high pressure rubbish even the dealer principle is down to earth and you can talk the talk here - Took the Triton back as I was concerned about what I thought was a loose hose. They took me into the workshop and explained that it was supposed to move! - very customer focused
