I had a terrible experience at this salon today. Booked an appointment for shellac only after being asked several times if I wanted a pedicure as well. Still had to wait at least half an hour for service as they continued to accept walk ins off the street. After old shellac was removed I was told to soak my feet while she trimmed my nails. When she started to file my heals I realised she was doing a pedicure which I hadn't asked for and told her I just wanted shellac. The manager then started yelling at me across the salon that I should have realised she was doing a pedicure when she put my feet in the water. I disagreed and was told that it was my fault and I would have to pay as the girl had already started. Will never go back there.
