I ordered helium on their website. It never turned up. When I phoned they promised to call me back, and didnt. I called again, and they hung up on me. I phoned a third time and they gave me confused, mumbled explanations and finally promised a refund which hasn’t come more than a day later. I don’t understand the favourable reviews.
