I have just purchased my 2nd Car from Bob but my first since Bob has started his new Car Business. As usual I received the best of service to which I have become accustomed to. I called Bob with a rough description of what I was after as I am not a car person and do not follow the car business or read car magazines. (I am not a car enthusiast)
Bob got back to me very promptly with a car I thought not bad but I did not think it was totally suitable for my needs. I went to work and asked around that day. After talking to some people with the same car or knew about cars. I learnt how perfect the car was and that Bob was giving it to me at a magnificent price. I could not get on the phone quick enough to apologise and prayed that Bob had not given the best buy of the year to someone else. To my great pleasure Bob had the car and arranged the purchase and everything else to suit me as I live in Mackay and work away.
This included little touches like diesel stickers on the fill up point, purchase and registration dates so I can get the maximum bang for my buck. All details were covered so I was trouble free and happy. To this day I am over the moon with my purchase and get great comments about my new pride and joy.
I should have known better, this is why I do not go anywhere else.
In today’s world it is near impossible to get good service let alone great service, so when it does happen I tell everyone I can.
