BUYER BEWARE - Extremely poor quality parts and bad customer service. Owner is a scammer who promised a refund that never came. No response to emails.

They sell very poorly made Chinese parts from the back room of a wrecking yard. I ordered an alternator and an ac compressor. The compressor was faulty upon fitting and the alternator had intermittent charging issues. It cost me a fortune in mechanic costs to have the job done twice. I was promised a refund by the owner of Parts Factory Australia but it never came. I have now reported them to the ACCC and will be leaving negative reviews on all of social media.

You people had the chance to do the right thing, now you can suffer some monetary loss in return.
