Peter takes all the stresses out of the usual mortgage process (of which I have found that the 'others' promote) and keeps me feeling at ease at all times. The eagerness to 'get the job done' is second to none, and I am always kept informed of my mortgage process at all stages, rather than me ringing, being put on hold only to be given the run around (like the 'others').
This time around, I gave Pete a list of things I was offered by another lender and asked if he could match it. He negotiated the list with the lender and actually obtained a better offer again. We got a bigger discount on the rate, no valuation fees at all, for multiple properties, an incentive payment from the lender to switch to them, and a couple of other features I wanted enabled. Admittedly, we had to change the structure a little to achieve the features I wanted but it got done. One phone call from Pete and it was all explained and he set it all up with the lender.
If you are considering a refinance or a new loan, please do yourself a favor, save yourself some time and effort and call them. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone, their professionalism and high standard of approach are second to none.
