Terrible communication and quality control for our property sale. Would not recommend.
Solicitor was very difficult to seek clarification from, and errors were numerous throughout our conveyancing.
Post settlement we are still liaseing with Hefferan regarding overpayment of body corporate fees (I.e Michael paid the fees again when they were already paid up).

For the extra cost, I would certainly go with a different conveyancer who values customer satisfaction and communication.
