Never turned up for the allocated time, won't answer their phone. Took time of work to be home, no phone call. Very unprofessional

I would never recommend using Jim's plumbing , they charged $3500 labour to install a $900 electric hot water system. They use non Jim's plumbing contractors who charge massive labour costs, avoid at all costs. There are better installers out there.
