My Acer computer decided to crash at the worst possible time, just before I had to hand in a very important assignment. The computer is still under warranty but I could not wait weeks to get it fixed so I looked up a local computer shop in Crows Nest - Best Solution - I packed up my laptop and went to check them out on Saturday afternoon. Well honestly after all the bad luck I had this week this turned out to be my lucky day. The guys at the shop were really helpful Alex the technician checked my laptop while I was waiting and told me the computer won't start up because a faulty memory card. He explained in plain English what a memory card was :) quoted me 40 dollars for replacing it and fixed my computer in less than five minutes. I mean I was down on my knees I was so desperate to have my computer back, but these guys did not take advantage of my situation. They were honest and very professional. Fixed my computer on a Saturday in 10 minutes for 40 bucks. I am very grateful and I do absolutely recommend them to everyone.
