Santo organised our dream Eastern European holiday. He listened to our particular needs and arranged air, train and ferry tickets, private drivers, accomodation and tours. We arrived at the train station in Minsk, Belarus at 5AM on a dark morning in the snow and thanks to Santo, our train matron was expecting us and received us warmly. There is tremendous comfort in travelling with the knowledge everything has been arranged by professionals. Thanks also to Mahalia for efficiently arranging the notoriously difficult Eastern-European visas.
