Only had takeaway from here so far, but even that was great. We got some great recommendations when we walked in, the food was prepared quickly, and it was absolutely great with a great price.

Having moved from the US we found a dearth of online shopping retailers who offer online ordering and any semblance of customer service. These guys have been amazing. I started commuting by bike to work and needed some equipment. Their range and prices were unbeatable. The order process was easy and quick. I placed my order and the package arrived on the second day after that - shipping was very reasonable. Right there and I would have been happy enough.

I tried on a pair of shorts and found that a seam started to come apart. I emailed customer service with the issue and asked whether they could help. They told me they would ship out a replacement and to keep the original. The replacement was received on the second day after that email exchange.

Every retailer in Australia could take a leaf out of this company's online e-tailing book.

I found Phil Hansen from WOMOW. I called him and he turned up for the quote as promised. Although his quote was slightly higher than another plumber, his quote included some items which the other plumber did not consider or quote for. We went with Phil. He was a gentleman, completed the work as promised, for the price quoted. He laid down drop sheets, and cleaned up after himself. He installed a kitchen tap and an insinkerator (I bought these separately). We are enjoying our new installation daily. He is now going to do the same for my brother. I can highly recommend him to anyone.

The service and staff here are very friendly. The food is good although not memorable, and in some respects misses the mark (eg warm beef salad).

Overall a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
