I have been training with Jack all pre-season and his programs and training sessions have really taken my performance to the next level. My fitness has gone through the roof, my speed has increased massively and I'm now at the front of the pack at team training. Jack has a huge amount of knowledge that he shares freely and takes a holistic approach to training that has made me an all-round better athlete.
