My review is not about the quality of the furniture but about the absolute horrendous customer service and delivery of goods. Many people warned me to steer clear of Lecornu if I wanted my furniture in a timely manner and shared horror stories, some friends waited 3 months for a bed! Despite the suggestions, I found a couch I loved and immediately put down a $300 deposit. I was told by the salesperson that the couch would arrive to the store within a week then I would be contacted to complete the transaction and delivery details. Two weeks later I still hadn't received a call so I rang the store to enquire. There were no apologies given when they told me it would be another two weeks before it even got to the store. I waited two more weeks and still no call, nothing. I rang again and this time was told to wait one more week and I asked the likelihood of this estimated date to be pushed back yet again and the customer service rep said it was very unlikely. So after not hearing back at the end of the following week (at this point a month after original estimated delivery) I called YET AGAIN. This time someone told me it wouldn't arrive until this time the next month. No apologies were offered, or incentives to shop there again, pretty much seemed like they didn't care and were accustom to these kind of complaints. Essentially I demanded a $50 gift card, which they reluctantly agreed to, but we'll see if that ever arrives in the mail. I also asked to speak to a supervisor and my request was denied. I ended up canceling my order and they happily lost out on a $1,000 sale. I've never encountered such an unprofessional company, I highly advise you to shop elsewhere, especially if you are moving to a new home and need new furniture within a reliable time frame. I now have to start over on my search for a couch after living in an apartment without one for over a month. The wait wasn't the worst part for me, what really frustrated me was consistently being brushed off by Lecornu employees and them promising a new date weekly. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Good Luck!
