The Tiler appeared very friendly and provided us with a quote to retile our bathroom. He communicated to us he was available for the job over the next couple of weeks. We had all our taps and vanities taken out so he can start tiling, but one day before he was supposed to start he pulled out on the entire job (stating he can't for us in with other jobs), leaving us with a non functioning bathroom and without a tiler. Now we either have to pay a plumber extra to have our vanities re-installed or pay a premium to get the tiling job done by someone else on very short notice. Obviously I can't rate his actual tiling skills, but the overall experience was very poor.
