I highly recommend Maria and Denny whom are both extremely welcoming trainers that strive to help you achieve your own personal goal regardless of what it may be! In a one on one setting or within a group you are made to feel comfortable whilst being constantly motivated to give it your all. All you need to bring is the willingness to get fit and healthy as they have the knowledge and professionalism to help you with the rest along the way, can't ask for much more in trainers! Definitely worth giving KBAR fitness a shot, you wont regret it or the friendships you end up making by doing so!
