I went and saw Greg for help with my anxiety. I was having problems with intrusive thoughts which was stopping me from being able to leave the house confidently. After 1 session with Greg I no longer have that problem. We went on for help with my confidence and I have found that my sessions with him have helped me so much. I am very grateful that I was able to see him and get help because it’s changed my life in such a positive way
