The lady at the front desk was friendly, catered for my needs and for example, helped me feel comfortable, asking me if I needed a glass of water.

They don't say very much, which is good. They are to the point. This is nice because it saves me time. It saves them time.

When they speak, they are very clear, they speak slowly and have very good tonal variation. So, you know, they don't sound bored, they don't sound monotone. They sound very positive, confident, relaxed, not needy. Professional.

All the people here are also very empathetic, understanding and non-judgmental. This is what makes me feel safe at Knead massage.

My remedial massage therapist was the same way. I felt a little bit rushed at the start because I had a lot of health conditions I wanted to fill out and she said she had another appointment soon.

However, as soon as we went into the room, I didn't feel rushed at all. She allowed me to take my time and gave very clear instructions as to what to do. She communicated very clearly and asked me what I wanted to achieve out of the experience. I said I wanted to improve range of movement in my thoracic region because I sat all day at a desk.

She immediately knew what to do. Throughout the massage, I felt very relaxed, comfortable and all in all, it was a very relaxing experience. I felt my muscles were a lot looser and I felt less pain.

The equipment used is very high quality. For example, the tables are lifted electronically rather than manually which is very convenient. It means that they can lower the table for you to hop on easily, and then lift it up or down to the therapist's suitable ergonomic height.

The atmosphere is also very lovely. There are plants, relaxing music and a nice view of the clock tower outside and it just makes me feel like I've entered a different, more peaceful kind of world.

The massage room is also very spacious, it makes me feel special and, it's comfortable. The ceilings are tall, there's lots of room. There's a massage table in the centre of the room with maybe around a metre and a half of open space all around it. It's a very relaxing environment to be in.

The therapist also takes notes of what she observes during the whole process, it's very scientific, there is no shortcut taken and so, you know, next time, she knows how your body is like, what parts of your muscles are tense and so she can help you a lot more effectively.

The remedial massage did feel a little uncomfortable at times, but this is what is to be expected of a remedial massage. In no way ever did it feel too unbearable or painful which was good.

The therapist knew how to warm up the muscles before going deep tissue and this was important because it prevented injuries and prevented any kind of resistance during the massage.

She also asked me whether I had experienced any recent injuries before the massage and any contraindications which she should know about. This was a good precautionary measure in my opinion.

My massage therapist was very friendly, positive, happy and non-judgmental. She was very empathetic, carefully listened to my needs and was there to solve my most burning problem.

After the massage she asked for my feedback and I asked her how to best recover from my current condition and she recommended me some core strengthening exercises. She explained it confidently and enthusiastically and motivated me quite a lot.

After the massage, I asked her how to look after myself after a massage which she gave clear and easy to understand guidelines.

All in all, the environment was lovely, my therapist was very friendly and patient, very good at putting difficult to explain concepts into easy to understand analogies and imagery and she was confident, helpful and professional. This is a good business in my opinion.

Also, the yoga teachers are very friendly and good at teaching the correct form and posture. They make sure no one gets left behind in the session. This was very important to me because I'm new to yoga and as such, I'm not quite sure how to do most of the poses, what I should be expecting. They explain things in a very nice and easy way which is awesome.
