Just had quote from one of their plumbers to replace 315 litre hot water system. His price was $5295, when I asked for information on how he got that price he said nobody does that. While my wife & I were thinking about how much it was, he said to my wife, I'll just call the office and then got into his van & drove off. We then got an emailed invoice for $132. Have since had 2 other quotes for the same unit, 1 at $2100 and the other for $1900 fully installed. Don't use Jim's plumbing unless you want to pay more than double the price.
