We were planning a trip to Vietnam as couple, travelling for parts of our itinerary with another two couples with children. Kelli at Emma Whiting Travel organised us all, taking into account the needs of the two family groups, the preferences of my husband and I, and varying our itineraries so that we all got an incredible trip we will always remember.
Kelli made helpful suggestions for hotels and resorts based on what we wanted to do or achieve in each location (Hanoi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City) drawing from her own experience as well as researching with local tour company Exo (who were also excellent). When we requested a side trip to a country village, Kelli ensured that we would get the best experience by checking weather conditions and offering alternatives, allowing us to swap possible landslides in Sapa for a troublefree trip to Mai Chau. All our transfers and flights were coordinated and we never had to worry about a thing.
This was one of the most enjoyable trips I've had, and we're very grateful to Kelli and the Emma Whiting team for ensuring that our holiday was the best experience it could be.

Firstly let me say I know nothing about cars. But based on customer experience alone, I would highly recommend Bonola Automotive. When I booked my car in for a minor service, they offered a loan car free of charge and the option of cleaning my car for an extra $20. Too easy. A low stress car service if ever there was one.
