We were renting a house through this agency and I have never come across an agency who ignores tenants quite as profoundly as this one. I found it very hard to elicit any response from them via email. The two responses they did manage in a year were after repeated emails where I've had to specifically request a written response.
They arranged an inspection and couldn't make it - they rang and left a message asking for permission to inspect the next day and went ahead with it despite not obtaining permission (my phone was out of range that day).
Tradespeople were arranged poorly, the property has several plumbing issues and this was not tended to by the agency in a timely manner.
My three year old son had a choice of two centres and he picked this one. He hasn't taken well to child care in the past, but he likes his "school" and looks forward to going every day. The staff are experienced and there's more of a "homey" atmosphere at this centre than at others. They have a large shady outdoors area which my son loves, and lots of room inside to play. They make pancakes together and are shortly going to do some gardening projects to teach the kids about plants. All up - great!

We booked three cars for our wedding including the blown Chev - and there was a Harley Davidson bike escort to top it off. The drivers turned up on time, the cars were spotless (and loud!) and a bonus for our summer time wedding - they had air conditioning which can be rare in classic wedding cars. The cars drove the hour+ trip to our wedding venue without a hitch and they looked spectacular in the photos. Really good alternative to the boring old limo/BMW etc.
We stayed here on our wedding night a few years ago. Great place, they also allowed us to drive the wedding cars in and have our photos taken on the property. Made everything easy and accessible. Room was great. Would stay here again.
We had our wedding flowers done here back in 2005. We found the service unbeatable, and although we took a bit of a risk not seeing the flowers or the arrangements until we got to the church/reception - we were more than pleasantly surprised. They did a fantastic job, the arrangements were beautiful and put together with a lot of care and effort. Would definitely use them again.
From the start the signs were not good and I would have gone elsewhere if I had the time. I walked in, there were no customers and I was made to feel like I was interrupting the hairdressers' conversation. The lady was grumpy, clearly didn't want to be there and didn't make much effort to find out what I want and offered no suggestions or comments to my questions. There was a sign offering customers a blow dry and hand styling for an extra $6 - she spent maybe 30 seconds all up, no styling. I had a basic cut, it wasn't done all that well, took no more than 10 minutes overall and charged $32. Not coming back.

I buy my take away chicken from this shop only and I live a few suburbs away and pass several other chicken take away shops on the way there. It is never undercooked, tastes fantastic and it's hormone free. They also have a good selection of really fresh looking salads. Top take away, and always busy, a good sign.
I purchase my weekly/fortnightly organic fruit and vegetables from this store, I get it delivered to my door for a small fee although you can also pick up from their shop in Homebush. I find their service to be unbeatable, always happy to help and they always get in touch if there's ever an issue. Food quality is top notch and if ever it falls short they are fast to remedy that. They also sell many other organic items, groceries included, I've purchased organic meat there and found it to be excellent and well priced, they compare very well against the competition. The business has a small, family run feel to it and you are treated as a valued customer every time. Highly recommended, will miss them when I move interstate.
I had my house listed for sale with Homeland Real Estate and I found all agents to be professional, competent and courteous with none of that "used car salesman" feel that you so often get. They were focused on getting the result I wanted and not just on making a sale. I would definitely engage their services again.
