AVOID this nail salon!!!
I will never be going there again after today. Please be warned.
The service is appalling.
In the past, having a pedicure, my toe cuticle was cut which resulted in an infection that lasted weeks. Very sore.
The side of my foot was cut by the blade the workers use to get rid of dry skin. Very sore.
Other times I have been there service has been rushed or rough. Workers not listening to what you say you want.
Went today for shellac fingernails, happened to witness a lady near me, who was complaining of being hurt by a worker for the third time whilst being there and asking for someone else to service her.
I realized it was the same worker who has cut me in the past. Worst of all was the rude manager who was doing my shellac nails today. Totally denying that mistakes happen in her studio and if they do, being told that they are sorry but that just happens sometimes as part of the service. Wow! [redacted]
The manager was yelling across the shop at me and when confronted with my concerns and experiences, she told me never to come back to the shop.
Wow! Seriously......
Could not be worse service here if they even tried.. The poor girl who was hurt today and I were stunned at the performance.
The Manager and workers continued to speak in their native language to exclude us from their conversations.
Please report any bad service or experiences you have had at this salon so that other people do not have to suffer.
