I booked a baby capsule on February 5, was sent an order number, told I would receive an invoice etc for pick up, and received nothing. Baby was born a week early the very next day 6 February. I have followed up and left voicemail to my unanswered call and still nothing from anyone. Would absolutely not recommend this company! Went without capsule for 3 weeks and have had to buy one. Extremely disappointing at a very vulnerable time
