paid $330 for 12 months - 3 months in they suddenly "have no record" of me despite the fact I used it yesterday. Interested if this has happened to others, either way I am raising merry hell. It's a scam

This salon uses an online booking system offering cheaper prices if you book on line. However, almost two weeks ago the system crashed when I was using it. I received an error message that my payment had not gone through. In fact, it had been debited, despite my attending the salon, making a booking and paying a higher price for my service. I have tried contacting them numerous times by email and phone, been assured that I will be called back, but they still have my money weeks later. It doesn't matter now what my experience was like- I will never ever give them my business again, and a warning that if they do make a mistake, good luck trying to get any acknowledgement!

We have been taking our little x Pom, Elliott for 18 months to this team of wonderful, warm and professional groomers. We are always delighted upon his return - the service is timely, the results are wonderful and the team prides itself on getting your pooch to the best standard. Prices are fantastic! This crew will have every dog I own between here and eternity!

Liars. Advertise free delivery on their facebook page for orders over $29.50. Tonight we attempted to place an order of $70 and were told that there would be an additional $15 fee for delivery, despite us being 650m up the road. This is why small business fails. A case of not being able to see the picture, a case of not keeping your info correct and a case of lost local customers hereon in. You deserve to fail.

We stumbled upon this eatery by chance and what a terrific find! We were greeted warmly, seated and offered coffee immediately. The coffee blend was great, and our requests for extra hot were hit spot on. The breakfast menu is extensive and boasts the classics as well as some completely different options that are so tempting. I had trouble deciding and asked our waitress for her tips. Normally I met with a nervous giggle and "I don't know, they are both good" insipid responses, but our waitress had no hesitation in recommending the omelette with ham and spinach, and shared that the tomato chutney offered with this dish was especially good. I am so pleased to have taken her advice! The omelette was fluffy, laden with the key ingredients and the chutney was out of this world! I don't even like chutney as a general rule!!! I have no hesitation in recommending this eatery and your exceptional offerings and outstanding staff should serve you well!

I needed a "pick me up" and wanted to have my hair washed and straightened a few weekends ago. The staff at the salon are lovely. Seating me instantly, despite the fact I was early, I had the most glorious shampoo and scalp massage. It was so good I did not even realise that there was a change of staff halfway through my treatment. This is a clean, open, bright and friendly salon, and the team all look "normal" - no outrageous colours or styles. I was very satisfied with the result and will certainly go back.

We had heard great things about this restaurant, and decided to try it for lunch. Without a doubt it is the most fantastic little restaurant. Go early - we arrived just before midday and within 20 mins the outside seating area was almost full. The staff hare attentive, the food is out of this world and the value is amazing. Congratulations to all the staff who make it such a great little establishment. We will go back, many many times.

Not having visited this cafe for several years we called in by chance for Sunday breakfast. We arrived a little prior to the kitchen opening, but the staff were friendly, seated us and had coffees for us within a few minutes. Fantastic coffee and the menu was innovative and not full of the usual cafe breakfast options. It was actually difficult to make a selection but after some tips from the wonderful team we decided. My husband judges a breakfast on the fluffiness of the pancakes, and the canadian breakfast did not disappoint. The pancakes were fluffy and downright delicious. I chose the toasted walnut bread with avo, feta and tomato and it was truly divine. The flavours were clean and fresh and we are just juggling our next weekend so that we can go back and sample some of the other offerings. A word of advice - by 8.30am the cafe was almost full and is obviously a local favourite. Go early if you don't want to wait.

They promise the earth re customer service and fail to deliver. Despite having my scripts for 24 hours I arrive on Friday afternoon to find they have not been filled. Had to wait 20+ mins whilst they hurried to do this - but they have omitted one of my items. I do not have time to visit a pharmacy three times in 48 hours and will be removing my business from them as soon as they open. If you offer to provide me with excellent service, I expect you to deliver it. One error is human, but multiple in such a short period merely proves that you do not have "the goods".

Normally you would expect as the first order of the day that the staff are fresh and ready to roll. Not so. Verdant has great potential as the menu is not the typical options you find everywhere else but does not back this up with quality. We ordered the pancakes and the omelette. The pancakes were bland, tough and not light as they are supposed to be. The bacon was not cooked as per our order specification. The omelette was chewy, tough and the cheese had not melted sufficiently so that there were big globs of sticky, stringy cheese throughout. Both meals were only half eaten, prompting the waitress to enquire if there were problems. We explained we were disappointed, and she went to find a manager to let them know. After 15 minutes of waiting, we left, vowing not to return, and also to use WOMO to have our say.
