This was my first time having my brows tinted or even professionally shaped! The technician who worked with me was very thorough and clearly explained everything to me. She was very helpful in trying to get the brow colour as close to my hair colour as possible and did the best with what they had available.
Unfortunately, they did not have access to any red/copper/auburn shades... So now I have beautifully shaped brown eyebrows.
So to everyone who is not a ginger, this place is great! To those redheads amongst us, perhaps steer clear. I was disappointed by this and a little upset that my colouring meant that I could not be involved in or access such a service to its fullest.
