We haven't had the system installed yet, so cannot comment on timelines or quality. However, the customer service with Anthony Lentini was excellent. The initial discussion lasted almost 2 hours. Anthony was fluent, knowledgeable, patient and very personable. He made it feel like a much less formal discussion. We had second thoughts due to financial stress a few days later.
