I visited Zeds to be a model for Shanecka, a second year apprentice and I've never been happier with my hair!
She listened to me and thoroughly analysed my hair and scalp along with my face shape, skin and eye colouring to determine the best options for my colour service. She offered excellent treatment add on and retail advise that was in no way pushy and although I didn't purchase the products offered, I was educated about what products I should look for, which I found very helpful.
Shanecka was so friendly and open, I felt very comfortable. The assessor was very informative and gave such positive feedback, I got the impression that it was a very supportive salon to train at.
The salon was very clean and inviting and I would revisit for further hair or beauty treatments without any doubts at all.
With the excellent service given by shanecka I would happily recommend Zeds to friends and family!
