Overpriced, poor advice, poor service. Was told that the tumour in my dog's ear would resolve itself in 5 to 6 weeks and it didn't, so I took the dog back in for surgery. The Vet [retracted name] conveniently wasn't in when it came time to pay the bill, so he couldn't sign my pet insurance claim form. Not only was the bill $679.50, which included a questionable $55 for a "health assessment" and $35 for "hospital and nursing care" of an unconscious dog, I was then told I would have to return to pick up my claim form on a later date because they don't mail claim forms. How rude, how cheap. [retracted name] was made aware of my dissatisfaction and called me, but strangely, couldn't even offer me a basic apology. Made me wonder why he even called in the first place.
