Awful bras, awful company

This is a review of Intimo, the company, not any of its consultants. Intimo make the worst bras I have ever come across. They are awful quality, don't last and are so uncomfortable! They market themselves as Australian but the products are made in China and reflect that fully. At my first fitting I was up-front about not wanting any product made in China and was assured that Intimo's products were all Australian-made. This was a lie. A $50 bra from Target lasts longer, is more comfortable and doesn't pretend to be something it's not. I am sincerely sorry I ever purchased from this company and now have $500 worth of bras that are unwearable (after 6 months) because all the wires have popped out, the strap-buckles don't hold and the elastic is no longer elastic. Intimo's hard-sell tactics and continual pressure to buy more bras and garments is relentless; they're claims that women should have "at least 12 bras" in daily circulation for "breast health" are utter rubbish and not supported by any medical evidence (despite their claims). Getting a refund is so long-winded and painful that I gave up. They are a crap company with crap products. Stay away.

This company is just terrible. Not only do they not deliver when they say they will, they hand the item off to Australia Post (but still charge their fee) and their customer service is non-existent. The IM system is always offline, they don’t respond to either messages or emails, and their delivery advice in no way reflects what is going on. There doesn’t appear to be any way to actually get in touch with them and resolve the issue. In the mean time, my supplier is the one who will ultimately pay the price, as I won’t buy from them again unless they can guarantee they won’t use Smart Send to deliver my goods (and I won’t be buying from anyone else who uses them either). I could have walked to Sydney and back to collect my item in the time it has taken them to not deliver it. And I have wasted 3 days waiting at home for them. Still waiting for my item, and an apology.
